While on shift, you will work closely with facility team members to care for Acute Mental Health Patients and enhance their quality of life. Duties will include but not limited to: Medication Administration Monitoring Vital Signs Wound Care Clinical Documentation Clinical Decision Making Consultation & Collaboration with Mental Health Medical Practitioners, Psychologists and other Mental Health Professionals, Patients and Family Members Assistance with ADL's
